    SRAM product line

    Our high speed and low power SRAMs are for the commercial, industrial and military markets. The product line includes small and medium SRAMs from 1K to 4 Mb in commercial, industrial, "Mil Temp Only" and MIL-STD-883 compliant. The devices are offered in a range of different plastic and hermetic ceramic packages.

    Features/Characteristics

    • The high-speed, low-power SRAM product line, designed for the industrial and military markets, includes small and medium SRAMs from 1 Kb to 4 Mb.
    • The SRAMs built in CMOS technology have fully TTL-compatible inputs and outputs.
    • They are available with a bandwidth of 1 to 16 bits and an access time of up to 12 ns and can have special features such as separate I/O, fast CS and OE control, chip clear, transparent write, tristate write and cache tag (OD).
    • Temperature ranges are available for commercial (0°C/+70°C), industrial (-40°C/+85°C) and mil-temp (-55°C/+125°C) ranges.
    • The devices are offered in a range of different plastic and hermetic ceramic packages. If required, package modifications can be provided upon request.

    EEPROM product line

    Designed to ensure the data retention and safe booting of your systems, our product line includes medium density EEPROMs with 8Kx8, 32Kx8 and 128Kx8 organizations. MIL-STD-883 compliant devices are offered in hermetic ceramic packages to ensure the longevity of your military embedded systems.

    Features/Characteristics

    • The EEPROM product line is designed to ensure data retention and safe booting of your systems. It includes small and medium size EEPROMs from 16 Kb to 1 Mb for the industrial and military market.
    • The EEPROMs have fully TTL and/or CMOS compatible inputs and outputs.
    • They are available in the Mil-Temp (-55°C/+125°C) temperature range with an 8-bit bandwidth and up to 120 ns access time, and have special features such as Software Data Protection.
    • Depending on the product, lifetimes range from 10,000 to 100,000 write cycles, and 10-year and 100-year data retention features are available.
    • Industrial devices are offered in a variety of different plastic enclosures. MIL-STD-883 compliant devices are offered in hermetic ceramic enclosures to ensure the longevity of your legacy embedded military systems.
    • If necessary, modified housings can be provided upon request.

    We offer a complete high-speed, low-power logic product line that includes military DLA-approved FCT and FCT-T logic devices. The product line consists of 45 functions including octal line drivers, bidirectional octal bus transceivers and latches used on all embedded system boards.

    Features/Characteristics

    • The Logic Devices product line consists of 45 features, including octal line drivers, octal bi-directional bus transceivers and latches used on all embedded system boards for high-speed and high-current drive bus interface applications.
    • Based on a proprietary chip design, the logic functions are built using high-speed Fast CMOS technology and are available in FCT and FCT-T versions.
    • A total of 62 SMD numbers are currently supported, including popular ICs such as the 240, 241, 244, 245, 273 and 645.
    • MIL-STD-883 compliant components are offered in a variety of hermetic ceramic packages to ensure the longevity of your legacy embedded military systems.
